Reward the staff who have made achievements

 I am very pleased to see the 40th birthday of SANMARINO Co., Ltd.. Our company, as on the day when it was established, still has a bunch of young staff rich in creativity. I hope our staff can devote themselves to their work with more confidence than those in any other company, and can be proud of the work they approach.

 For this purpose, firstly, the work itself shall be meaningful and equipped with reasonable salary standards. In my opinion, true justice means those staff members who make efforts and gain some achievements, and the able ones, shall be given more salary than others.

 The present distribution principle of our company is that commissions and bonus are given out to teams that successfully meet the target figure formulated by the company. For individual employees, no upper limit has been set for the commission and bonus amounts, and, therefore, the income of each employee will vary greatly according to their performance. When I was 20 years old, I was also a salaried man, and all employees at that time received the same bonus despite differences in performance, which made it impossible for employees to be rewarded with more than one and a half times their normal salary, however hard they tried. I have a deep experience in this injustice; therefore, I hope it can be far away from the staff of our company.。

 The word of "Mutual Trust" is acted on as my operational philosophy, as well as the business principle of our company.

 If you want to gain trust from others, firstly you shall give the same to him or her, and then gradually gain his/her trust in the process of interaction by your honest words and behavior. If not, the work will not be carried out. We emphasize on the following three aspects:

I. Speak and behave in a vigorous way
II. Keep the professional consciousness, and make endeavors to enhance your human qualities
III. Never forget to express your appreciation

 I believe any difficulty will be overcome if you keep in mind these three points.

 The staff members of SANMARINO Group will, firmly based on the company spirit of mutual trust, constantly listen to the views from customers while keeping pace with the change of the times, and shall ceaselessly promote the innovation of the company.
